Lauren R. McAlpin believes in fighting for her clients in and out of the courtroom. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, McAlpin earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Kentucky. Following graduation, she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue her legal career. McAlpin graduated at the top of her class at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she was an active member of the Black Law Students Association, recipient of numerous academic achievement awards, as well as a competitor, and student coach, for the school’s Moot Court Board.
